Papermate mechanical pencils for sketching. I like these because they’re inexpensive and look cute in photos.
Tombow brush pens for brush lettering and adding color to my sketchbook
Regular Sharpie pens for inking and filling in larger letters and areas.
Posca paint markers for drawing on lots of different surfaces. Wipes off with water and a little rubbing.
Stabilo metallic pens are my favorite metallic ink pens for drawing on paper.
SuperChalks liquid chalk markers for lettering on chalkboards and other slick surfaces. Non-permanent.
DecoFabric markers for customizing fabric goods, like tees and tote bags.
